We do not guarantee the authenticity, product condition or safety; nor do we accept any responsibility or liability for products purchased from unauthorised resellers such as Fragrance.com, Fragrancenet.com, Ebay, Walmart, or Amazon other than PIANA (our exclusive authorised Amazon retailer).

Why You Should Never Buy From Unauthorized Resellers

Unauthorised resellers may, among other things:

• Resell fake, used, or expired products
• Relabel or reseal packaging
• Adulterate or dilute products
• Resell products that have been improperly stored or handled

For these reasons, sales of unauthorised products routinely generate disproportionate support inquiries from aggrieved customers. Never buy from unauthorised resellers.

Please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible to make any changes to your order. Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to make any amendments, but we will try our best to do so.

Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to orders that have already been placed. We would suggest placing a new order for the other items.
